"Shiba no hashi" by Ikkei shows two kuras with these kanjis. Do they have a special meaning?

This is not "kanji", but family crest, which was used as modern company logo.
Reading of this specific crest:
出山形に万文字 - Deyamagata ni man monji - Character "man" (万) with deyamagata
Deyamagata is a mountain-shaped geometrical form.
