Subject:Meiji Charger plate Identification and age

Hi, trying to identify the Kiln Mark ( the makers mark is almost completely erased). Some research online suggests it is a late Meiji era maybe? Kutani? It's seems to be hand painted / enamelled. It's 23.5cm in diameter, depicting a crane on a pine tree. Any input would be much appreciated.
