Your photo has been toppled over. It matches anyway with some Kinkōzan ( 錦光山) sub-atelier marks. The anomalous “全一 - like but seven-stroke” graph on Kyoto/Satsuma work very often comes from 錦 (nishiki / nishiki-e / kin) — the first character of 錦光山 Kinkōzan—written in abbreviated, compressed, or deconstructed kiln-hand forms.
