Hi,
I'd appreciate help with the four characters that make up Narusawa Kinbei's 成澤金兵衞, signing as 玲 for Reisen 玲川, brief commentary on Ito's sketch titled 露獨媾和? "Russia and Germany Make Peace?" Except for the final character 上, anything I come up with for the first three characters seems to make no sense such as 放洒遁.

露獨媾和　Treaty of Peace between Russia and German

媾和 =　講和　

甘酒進上　Amazake shinjō

Connected to a children's game called "amazake shinjō," in which a child who plays the role of an oni (demon) offers sweet sake to the enemy.

Right,
獨 Germany　墺 Austria 勃 Bulgaria　土 Turkey

On the ground,
黒 Albania　白 Belgium　塞　Serbia
