Review of my below transcription of the commentary by Enkichi Ōki 大木遠吉, signing as 天籟 Tenrai?, on Ito Chuta's sketch titled The Armenian Massacre, would be greatly appreciated.
天柱挫兮地維缺

Confirmation on the signature, along with how it should be read in English, would also be very helpful.

Tenchū wo ori kei、 chii wo kakeru
Tenrai-dai
The pillar supporting the sky has broken, and the ropes tying the earth to the ground have snapped
Inscription by Tenrai
Upper seal,
遠吉 Enkichi
Lower seal,
天籟 Tenrai

Tenrai was Ōki's pen name.
