Cui Qi 崔琦 has a different signature and seal.
It may be that the superficial Chinese eye, unaccustomed to calligraphy, cannot tell the difference between Yan (雁） and Cui（崔）, but Ming (鳴）and Qi（琦） are difficult to confuse, not to mention the engraving of the seal

I'm no longer on this painting as I couldn't put my hand back on it anyway, but I'm now seeking to know whom is this seal to.
