Reading of signature and seal,
玉暉 Tamaki

On the left side, there are 8+1 poems with the authors' art names or given names.I translated only the first two of these.

風のまふまふきたり寝たるままな浮世の花すき 歸成
The wind's gentle rustle comes, while I lie asleep, The flowers of this fleeting world — how I love them.　　Kanenari
うかりやすいの浮手の露を萩に體の身をまかす　丸考
The dew on the willow, so easily forgotten、I entrust my body to the bush clover. Maruko

Dear Imre,

This is a Shijô surimono, most probably from Kyôto. I think that the first character 玉 should be pronounced here as 'Gyoku'. I tend to read the 2nd character as 曄 'yô'. So, the signature should be read as 玉曄 - Gyokuyô.

I tried to look up the name, and found on the net a contemporary female calligrapher named Tai Gyokuyō 田井玉曄.It is common for calligraphers to adopt the art names of calligraphers who lived a century earlier.

正年　Masatoshi　

This time I translate the first and last poems.

失った亀も見おしぬ落ちのとう　　一清
Even a lost turtle is worth looking back for. Issei

來る波に幕なとられそ磯なみ　　有節
The waves crash against the rocks, their curtain torn by the incoming tide 　Yusetsu

There is a date at the end.
辛酉之春
Spring of the Year of Metal-Rooster (1921)

seal: 正秀 (Masahide)

Matsuo Shūzan (松尾秀山, active in Kyoto 1840s-1860s)

Zodiacal date at the left:
辛酉之春 - Shin'yū no haru/Year of the Rooster, springtime (Spring, 1861).

It's an indivdual hard-to-read signature.

However, the seal immediately below the same signature on the painting titled “紅毛人風俗図” found online reads “正年之印” Probably 正年　was his pseudonym.

I don't agree with the reading of the Kobe City Museum. The seal in the painting in the museum collection reads 正秀之印 (Seishū or Masahide no in).

Jon de Jong (Oranda Jin) gives the same reading pronounced in on'yomi.

The forms of 秀 and 年　in seal scripts are similar but not identical.
