Terauchi naikaku wo yakiotoshita hi Hara Naikaku ni o-hachi wo mawashita hi Hi wa osoroshii

The fire that brought down the Terauchi Cabinet The fire that passed the torch to the Hara Cabinet　That fire is terrifying.

やき落した　yakiotoshita　（落 cursive form)
寺内内閣に　Terauchi naikaku ni (ni is an alternative kana)

Alternative kanas are represented in their modern forms !
