Corrections to my following transcript of Kawaguchi Ekai's 河口慧海 comments on the attached sketch by Ito Chuta "This Autumn's Harvest" 當秋の収穫 would be greatly appreciated.
腹つゞみ
打つは
酒ぞや
秋の空

PS: thankyou for confirming the characters 絆ら that had me stumped on Sketch 400!

當秋の収穫　　-　Tōshū no shūkaku
腹つゞみ - Hara tsuzumi
打つは - utsu wa
誰ぞや - tare zo ya
秋の空 - aki no sora

This Autunum's Harvest
Who is playing the belly drum ?*
The autumn sky

* The expression 腹つゞみを打つ　describes a state of being content
