What do the three blue cartouches say?
What is the link between the tiger in the insert and the beauty doing her makeup?
Do you agree Toyokuni is the artist?
What is the signature in the insert?

The artist is Utagawa Toyoshige (aka Toyokuni II). The "Koma-e" (inset picture) of a tiger is done by Kunihiro. It was printed in 1828. The series is: "Beautiful Women as the 12 Zodiac Signs". This is the month of the tiger.

Cheers,
Stan
