Me again!

I have another scroll painting that I cannot find the artist for. The seal isn't a very clear impression and I'm not getting anything from the Google translation. Any help is appreciated.

This seems to be painted by someone named CHEN Xia 陳霞 at age 72. There are two women painters with this name but both are decades younger and paint in different styles from this work, so not sure who the actual artist is.

sorry, I read this too fast: the last line reads 時年七十六, so painted at age 76 rather than 72.
