I only have eyeglass lenses.

This poetry "Dragon" is by the Tang Dynasty poet
Li Qiao. It is a five character regulated verse that uses the dragon as a methaphor to express the poets aspirations.

衔烛耀幽都,含章拟鳳雏。 西秦飲渭水,東洛荐河圖
丁丑秋月 于梁色棟

Holding a candle to illuminate the dark capital,
Harboring brilliance aiming to be a phoenix chick.
In Western Qin he drinks from the Wei River,
In Eastern Luo he presents the River Map

In Autumn in the Year of Fire-Ox (1997)
by Liang Sedong (Leung Sik Dung)

Upper seal,
色棟之印 Seal of Sedong
Lower seal,
壽所信印子梁子棟身 Longevity seal of Liang Zidong

Seemingly a contemporary calligrapher painter.

With regards,
I.Nagy

This is a recent work with false inscription and seals attributing it to BAO Dong 包棟, a 19th century painter (art name Ziliang 子梁). More works by Bao here: https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E5%8C%85%E6%A0%8B/26330

a broader set of works attributed to him here: https://www.ashoucang.com/liebiaoyi/baodong/

Thank you so much for all your help. Finding the artists for over 200 scrolls has been quite a task and you have been most helpful!
