This appears to be (?) a print from one block of a print by Toyohiro. See the link below:

Stan & I. Nagy, thanks to both of you as I would not have found that. Could this be like an original by Utagawa Toyohiro before the colouring was added?

I retract my statement. After careful comparison of your print with the one at the BM, I don't think they were printed from the same block. Therefore, I believe your print is a later reproduction of some kind.
