All three prints are pages from the same e-hon. The theme of the e-hon is the Genpei Wars (a 12th century conflict in which the Minamoto clan overthrow the ruling Taira clan before establishing Japan's first shogunate in Kamakura.
In unavailability of the e-hon's title and colophon, we cannot learn anything more about it.
It is probably from the late Edo period.
The theme of the prints based on the interpretation of the inscriptions.
Pic.1,
This print shows the final decisive naval battle of Dan-no-Ura
Pic.2,
This print depicts Taira no Tadanori (also known as Satsuma-no-kami Tadanori) before he was caught by Okabe Rokuyata Tadazumi, a samurai from Musashi, but Tadanori, with the "great strength and swift movements" he had honed in the mountains and fields of Kumano, quickly overpowered his enemy.
Pic.3,
This print shows a discussion of the Hiyodorigoe strategy when Minamoto no Yoshitsune's forces launched a legendary surprise attack from the steep mountains (Hiyodorigoe) behind the enemy Taira camp.It is known as the "reverse charge" in "The Tale of the Heike," and this single attack threw the Heike army into disarray, leading to a
great victory for the Minamoto clan.
