In the Spring of the Year of Earth-Dragon (1988）by Yuansheng

Upper seal,
江陵張氏　Master Zhang of Jiangling
(Referring to either a place name or the family's ancestral roots)
Lower seal,
遠聲書画　Picture and Calligrapy of Yuansheng

Zhang Yuansheng 張遠聲　
Unidentifiable contemporary artist
