Hi, I'm looking for information about this watercolour painting. I would like to know what the text reads, what's its age and hopefully the maker's name. Basically, any information would be appreciated so thank you in advance!

I'm sure I Nagy will expand, but quickly: the artist looks like Gao MingSheng, and the date 1981.

The text gives the painter's name, GAO Mingsheng 高明生, and he date of summer 1981.
