Subject:Old Cicada
Posted By: Tim Sun, Jul 13, 2008 IP: 71.198.103.15 This cicada was past down to me through my mother's grandfather. I'm not sure where he got it from and am waiting to hear when my mother got it from him. |

Posted By: Ernest Wilhelm Mon, Jul 14, 2008 Tim, you have to understand that knowledgable People in this forum do not buy stories, nor do they look at certificates, they just look at the items which are sent in.They might advise, but if you want courses, I suggest that you check with some expert who is willing to teach. |

Posted By: Bill Tue, Jul 15, 2008 I am not convinced this cicada is old because the carving lines found on it does not look like they were made with manual tu. However, it does look quite nice and if it is from your grandpa then it should be "priceless". Therefore you should just enjoy it. Good luck. |
