Two 19th Century or Earlier either Chinese or Japanese or Korean Pottery Bowls with Painted Scenes of Roosters need Translation of some Writing on their sides. Also would Love any other Info. you might know of these Pieces. Really would Appreciate Any Help! Thank You! Gary Knudtzon

The reading (from left to right) is;
一月初六 - The First 6th Day of January (Lunar)
Its is the day of sending off the poor ghosts according to old Chinese folk customs.
