This cup exhibits a painting style I've come to associate with Chinese Republic-period Jingdezhen porcelains made circa the late 1st to 2nd quarter of the 20th century. The jar seen at the link below, which is misdated to the "Qing republic" period, shows an example of this style. The jar has a cyclical date of Guihai (癸亥) equivalent to 1923. Note the similarities in the edging on the robe of the figure bowing with a peach branch in hand in the first two images.

Your images don't show the full context of the artwork, but I believe the inscription on your cup may just be a title of "Beauty and Banana Leaves (or Palm fronds)" {Meiren Bajiao - 美人芭蕉}. Not sure of the last character, though.
