Subject:Chinese possibly MING Dynasty ground vase
Posted By: Matt M. Mon, Dec 31, 2018 IP: 99.33.196.67

Hello all, im wondering if this vase dates back to the Ming Dynasty. Grandma had a sticker saying so that was hand written on the base but im unsure if that is correct or not. There are rust spots and dots coming through the glaze. There are defects inside the blue that makes it almost look black and in those spots they are raised to have texture. The base seems to have kiln firing defects. If anyone out there knows could they please educate me on this? Thanks so much!

Hello it looks to be from the early 1900's but it is not Ming.
