Subject:old Japanese handpainted scroll on silk falconer scene help with translation of the signature & seal

I'm hoping someone can translate the signature & seal of this scroll. any additional information about the painter is highly appreciated.

Signature,
法橋眼蝶齋　-　Hokkyō Genchōsai
Hokkyō (法橋　Bridge of the Law) originally a Buddhist monastic rank, but from the Edo period it was given to artists, too.
The seal is not clear enough to read. The last two
characters are .....之印　Seal of ....
In the literature I can`t find artist with pseudonym Genchōsai.
