Subject:Signature on Japanese (or Chinese) inkwell

Blue & white reticulated porcelain inkwell
Two sides are reticulated. The other two have transfer decorated landscapes, one with lovebirds in right foreground and what appears to be Mt. Fuji in the left background. 4-character mark on bottom. It may be Hirado (or Arita). Or possibly Chinese (I have seen the same inkwell identified as Chinese online). Any help would be appreciated.
