Can anyone ID the mark on this gorgeous double wall yixing teapot? Thank you! David.

I don't think this is YiXing.

However, I can read the mark, though I don't understand it.

It reads Qi Rong Fou Diao 其榮浮雕 which refers to what might mean 'floating carving'.

I have enlarged the pictures and feel that the exterior has been moulded rather than carved, apart from the excised sections. The edges of the raised surfaces are very soft and round and do not show the sharpness that would be made by carving.

Compare the detail of the soft edges of the roofs with the sharp edges of the cut out sections.
