nice hand painted bowl. Moriage. I think it is old, and has an older signature or makers mark on the back. any help is appreciated

Measures 8.5" Diameter x 2.25" High

The mark reads: Shunzan 春山.
Unfortunately, I have found no information about this maker.
Date: first decades of the 20th C.
