Subject:The market crisis
Posted By: roberte Tue, Feb 26, 2019 IP: 185.24.186.214

Good evening I would ask a question without asking for an estimate.

Can anyone explain to me what is going on with the jade or even the imperial porcelain, currently, Sotheby's Christie's no longer have Asian sales on 2019, and sales of objects by the net seem to me of poor quality and besides are Removed at low amounts
thank you

What are you referring to? Auctions for both still seem to be as scheduled in New York in March:

Sothebys: https://www.sothebys.com/en/series/asia-week-spring-2019

Christies: https://www.christies.com/auctions/asian-art-week/

Hello yes I had seen these dates but there are more sales organized neither in France nor in Honk Kong and I do not know why because the Asian platform was a nerve center for these sales only New York and London seem to stay in the race
Kind regards

Hm, very interesting. I don't have an answer but imagine there's a lot of gossip on the dealer grapevine.
