Subject:Help Identify Wood Specie Of Hardwood Architectural Carvings
Posted By: Gary Wed, Feb 27, 2019 IP: 31.51.234.90 Hi I have these old hardwood high relief carvings 2 measure approx. 38 inches long and 2 measure 18 inches long by 3 inches wide,, the wood has gone a greyish colour with age but it's natural colour is a darkish brown,, they look like they where possibly frames or mouldings for something?? carved with extensive foliage and phoenix birds, can anyone please identify what wood it is??
