Left; 浅草　-　Asakusa　-　Name of a dictrict in Tokyo
Right; N. Megumi (in my reading) - Signature of artist -
Seal: 主　-　Aruji (shu) Master, Head (Could be an art-name)
Unidentifiable contemporary artist

The print depicts the temple grounds of the famous Asakusa Sensoji Temple.
