傾城高雄　-　Keisei Takao - Courtesan Takao
In the middle of Edo period there were sevaral courtesans named Takao, and it is said that it was a hereditary name being continued for seven or eleven generations.

Your print is by Suzuki Toshimoto and is titled "Three Famous Ladies". It was printed circa 1890.

"Chikyu Zenkai; Raimei Kagami" (Around the Globe; Mirror of Thunderous Names). Three famous ladies in history. Poetess Ono Komachi (left), Princess Gu of Kingdom So in ancient China and courtesan Takao.
