Qi Baishi 齊白石　1863-1957
Famous Chinese painter.

Your woodblock print was presumably printed by the Rongbaozhai company in the 1950-60s.

高風亮節　-　Noble characters and sterling integrity
癸卯嘉厚 中岳　-　Year of Water-Rabbit (...1903,1963) Jia Hou (Family and given name)　Zhong Yue (Pseudonym)
Both seals read,
中岳　-　Zhong Yue

Unfortunately, I can`t find the artist neither on the net nor in ID dictionaries.
