Calligraphy Art, Please Help Identify Artist !

雲来万山動　雲去天一色
長嘯两三聲　天高秋月白
In my rough translation,
The clouds are moving to the mountains
The clouds merge with the sky
Two or three long howls (can be heard)
The sky is high and the autumn moon is white

(This is a citation from one of Hou Yanqing's　(候延慶）poem - Northern Song Dynasty)

Colophon reads,
竹厓之褧　-　Chikugai Shikei
Upper seal,
源印之褧　-　Gen-in Shikei
Lower seal,
竹厓　-　Chikugai

Ishikawa Chikugai 石川竹厓　1794-1844
Style-name: Shikei 之褧　
Late Edo period Confucian scholar and Sinologist.
