I would like to know to which dynasty or workshop corresponds the mark on the Chinese cup whose phote attached.

The second character seems a little distorted in the printing, but it appears to read Hua Rong Tang zhi - made in the Flourishing Flower Studio. 華榮堂製

Hua Rong Tang 華榮堂 was a well known Chinese fine porcelain maker specialized in Canton (Guandong) export ware that operted in he late 19 c. to early
20th c. In the 1970-es it was reproduced in Hong Kong and Macau
