There is a red round seal on one of my print. Is it a collector seal, or what is it ?

(Name of owner, the left half of the first character is illegibly dim)
京都下鴨出雲路橋東詰角　-　Kyōto Shimogamo Izumojihashi Higashi-zume Kado
(Address of the shop in Kyoto)
