IMO your silk is modern. Opinion based on ultra bright colours and lack of fine detail to said figures facial/ other aspects present.

Not an embroidery but a woven silk picture, showing 100 boys at play. It was made in HangZhou, which is a city famous for fabric products.

One of your details say 19 colours.
