Subject:Need help identifying Japanese mark on Closionne Vase

Need your expertise on this vase. It's very tall at 19 inches and 9 inches wide. The mark is unknown to me.

Nihon 日本 Bihin 美品 = Japan beauty (beautiful) product.

Thank you Martin! This is most helpful! I could find only one other example of Cloisonne by this artist. Do you know anything about the artist. Given the mastery, I thought it might be an imperial piece. Just guessing....hoping
