Hi, I have this Chinese painting and I would like to know what it says in the painting.

First, I want to know who painted this.
Second, I am wondering what it says in Chinese in the painting.

Purportedly by a painter who died in 1823 known as Yuji 余集, so would be dated 1890 according to the inscription here, though this picture looks rather washed out and in a different hand from one example of his work in the Freer Gallery shown here: https://m.sg.weibo.com/user/6339887704/4377259592567943

Pseudonym: Qinshi 秋室 (Autumn Room)
Zhejiang born painter. was good in landscapes, flowers and birds, elegant women etc.
