Subject:Inscription on Old Chinese Brown Lacquer Box

I wonder if anyone can decipher the inscriptions on this antique Chinese brown lacquer box. I believe the inscription on the right dates the piece to the autumn of the jia-chen year, but I am struggling to translate the rest. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
