Any information about this print? i couldn't find anything on the internet and it's very hard to me to read the inscriptions.

The play is probably Keisei Hana no Shiranami (Pledged Faith: White-crested Waves of Flowers) performed at the Naka theater in 01/1861, which gives you the date of the print
