Can anyone tell me if original Hiroshige woodblocks were printed in this size? 19cm x 14cm.

No the 53 Stages of the Tokaido were only printed in standard oban size.I am fortunate enough to have seen one of the three best complete collections of this series with some additional rare prints which are part of the series but not often seen.What impressed me the most was the condition and colours,looked like new!

In a word: No. The original The Fifty-three Stations of the Tōkaidō Road (Tōkaidō gojūsan tsugi no uchi) aka Great Tokaido series was printed in oban size (about 10 X 15 inches (25 X 38 cm)). You have a downsized later repro.
