As of the painting Pic. No.1-2,

癸卯仲春莆田呉一平畫
Year of Water-Rabbit (1963)、　Mid-Spring、at Putian, Picture of Wu Yiping
Seals,
呉？　Wu ?
字一平　-　Zi (style name) Yiping

I could not find applicable artist. I think your painter is different from the Yu Yiping (same characters) who was born in Shanghai in 1944　- but its possibility cannot be denied entirely.
