Subject:japanese vase makers mark translation

I tried to research this on my own and although I am still not exactly sure who made it this is my guess kutani around 1920.???

You've got the date about right 1920's / 1930's.
It's NOT Kutani, but Kyoto Satsuma.
The mark is 右 (Migi = right) or 左 (Hidari = left), I can't figure out which one of the two.
Anyway, this means the vase is one of a pair.
And numbered 3 and 3 (2 times "San" 三), not 33, that would be written as 三十三. No idea what those numbers stand for.
