歳寒有貞志　孤竹勁而直　
虚心足以容　堅節不撓物
壬午年冩

It's steadfastness roots in cold weather
The solitary bamboo is strong and straight
It's humble hearth is accepting it and
It's indomitable strength overcomes the hard season
Year of Water-Horse (2002)

Upper seal: Unfortunately I can't read it, however, it could be the surname of artist
Lower seal,
高華　-　Gaohua - Given name
