I have a large stone panel with some inscription on it.
Please help with identification of the region/language it is from or any translation of the script.

This is a Chinese Buddhist stone tablet, but unfortunately the bottom part is covered, so it cannot be read completely. That's what I can read about it;
歳囗己卯..... - In the　□ Year of Earth-Rabbit (....1699, 1759,1819...)
十五日佚..... - 15th Day of...
丘恵祖比.....　- Qu Hui zu......
元吉母人..... - Yuan Ji mother...
造一石碑.....　- Made this stone tablet.....
皇帝萬民.....　- Emperor and populace....
合識受苦.....　- To the memory of the suffering..
□時成佛.....　- □ attaining Buddhahood

Thank you so much for your help! It is very useful information to me. At least I now know it is Chinese. I will get some better photos and repost soon and it would be great if you could take another look.
