Subject:Silver rimmed kakeimon porcelain lid

Hello All,

I have been found a kakeimon style, silver rimmed lid. I have seen some similar items , but I'm not sure the exact origin and the making period. It's japanese or (Meissen)? Unfortunately the handle damaged.
