I have three etchings with embellishment all signed by the same artist. Any help on a name of the signature would be greatly appreciated.

Seal,
張　　-　Zhang - Surname

Zhang Bowen,
I can't find painter with this name.

*Xiangxuehai "Sea of Snow (like plum blossoms) and Fragrances" is known as one of four major plum-blossom places in China, on the shore of Tai Lake, about 30 km west of Suzhou.
