Need a translation or recognize the mark

Made circa mid-to-third quarter of the 20th century. Base has a stylized version of the Kutani mark.

Below is another example of the pattern with a 'Kutani Eiraku' mark, Eiraku being an historic kiln in the Kutani area and famous for these gilt or Kinrande wares with shades of red for the ground.
