Subject:Antique Bowl with Dragon; help identify mark and origin?

I know this bowl is at least 90 years old. I have no idea of its origins. Japan? China? Korea? I'd like to know where it came from and what the mark means on the bottom of the bowl. Does it have any value? Thank you for any help you can provide.

I can't read the base-mark but associate the 'pendant jewel' border on the interior with early through mid-20th century ware. The circular device beneath is a 'Shou' (longevity) medallion.

Thank you, Bill, for this helpful information. The shou is quite different from others I've seen. The base-mark is rather unusual as well. I have posted this question on another forum to see if I can get further information on this bowl.
