Gao Qifeng 高奇峰　1989-1933
Famous painter. With his brother Gao Jianfu and Chen Shuren were the founders of the "Lingnan Paintig School".

Many thanks for the info. Yes, its a shame its not the original which I can now see sold at auction for over £300,000 !!!
