Hi, Can you translate the marking on this Blue & White vase? It stands approximately 12" tall, has fine crazing with one are stained. Thank you!

New vase in Chinese style with apocryphal decal-applied hallmark on base.

I can't tell for sure, but this may be an apocryphal hallmark of the "Yongsheng Ornamented Porcelain Factory" (Yong Sheng Cai Ci Chang - (永勝彩瓷廠), indicated by previous research to operate from the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, North of Hong Kong.
