Hello, can anyone identify the maker of this plate? It is signed on the bottom, but I cannot identify the origin. Thank you in advance.

In my opinion it looks Japanese.
The mark reads: Sakukawa 朔川.
However, I was not able to find something about a Japanese artist Sakukawa (Sakugawa).
