Subject:Help with inscription & seal on celadon vase

Hi,

I've been looking at this vase's inscription and it has me a bit puzzled.

I can make bits out. I think it's in Japanese?

There's also a seal on the underside.

I have found some comparable vases online so I think this one is fairly modern?

Any help and opinions would be welcome.

It is Chinese,

瓷如雨後披霞紅
出火又加微昱工
The porcelain is like the rose-tinted sky after rain
and the fire adds a slight bright light to it
